摘  要:为掌握塔什库尔干县帕米尔牦牛O型口蹄疫(foot and mouth disease,FMD)免疫效果,从辖区10个乡镇560个场(点)随机采集帕米尔牦牛血清共3984份,采用液相阻断ELISA方法检测O型FMD免疫抗体效价。结果显示,2021—2024年塔什库尔干县帕米尔牦牛O型FMD免疫抗体合格率(抗体效价≥1∶128)分别为77.21%、91.21%、86.41%、88.51%,平均免疫抗体合格率为85.72%,均达到农业农村部要求的70%以上的标准。2021—2022年秋季合格率普遍高于春季,2023年后差异不大;2022—2024年免疫抗体合格率相近,均极显著高于2021年(P<0.01)。研究表明,塔什库尔干县2021—2024年帕米尔牦牛FMD免疫工作达到预期效果,但在不同年份和季节,抗体合格率存在一定程度的波动,应继续加强牦牛防疫体系建设,提高牦牛群免疫抗体水平,从而提高免疫效果,为帕米尔牦牛养殖业的持续健康发展提供保障。To understand the immune effect of O-type foot and mouth disease(FMD)in Pamir yaks in Taxkorgan County,a total of 3984 serum samples were randomly collected from 560 sites in 10 townships of the county.The liquid phase blocking ELISA method was used to detect the immune antibody titer of O-type FMD.The results showed that the qualified rate of immune antibodies(antibody titer≥1∶128)in Pamir yaks in Taxkorgan County from 2021 to 2024 were 77.21%,91.21%,86.41%,and 88.51% respectively,with an average qualified rate of 85.72%,all meeting the standard of more than 70% required by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.The qualified rate in autumn was generally higher than that in spring from 2021 to 2022,and the difference was not significant after 2023.The qualified rate of immune antibodies from 2022 to 2024 was similar and extremely higher than that in 2021(P<0.01).The study indicates that the FMD immunization work of Pamir yaks in Taxkorgan County from 2021 to 2024 has achieved the expected effect.However,there is a certain degree of fluctuation in the antibody qualified rate in different years and seasons.It is necessary to continue to strengthen the construction of yak epidemic prevention system,improve the immune antibody level of yak herds,thereby enhancing the immune effect and providing a guarantee for the sustainable and healthy development of Pamir yak breeding industry.
