摘　　要：慢性肾衰竭是指一个或两个肾脏的结构或功能损害持续3个月以上,功能单位绝对数量减少70%以上,由此产生的各种临床症状和代谢紊乱所组成的综合征。一患猫经初步临床诊断,再进一步通过影像学检查、血液学检查及细胞学检查确诊为慢性肾衰竭。针对慢性肾衰竭导致的临床症状以及并发症,进行一周的药物治疗缓解症状,患猫恢复正常后出院,后续指导宠主对其进行饮食管理并按时复诊。通过分析该病例的治疗过程,可知掌握疾病病理知识,做到早期诊断、及时治疗,对延长患病猫寿命、改善生活水平具有重要作用。Chronic renal failure refers to the structural or functional damage of one or both kidneys lasting more than 3 months,and the absolute number of functional units is reduced by more than 70%,resulting in a variety of clinical symptoms and metabolic disorders.A cat was diagnosed with chronic renal failure by imaging,hematology and cytology after a preliminary clinical diagnosis.According to the clinical symptoms and complications caused by chronic kidney failure,a week of drug treatment was carried out to relieve the symptoms,and the cat was discharged from the hospital after recovering from normal conditions.The pet owner was subsequently instructed to manage its diet and return to the doctor on time.Through the analysis of the treatment process of this case,it can be seen that mastering the pathological knowledge of the disease,achieving early diagnosis and timely treatment,has an important role in prolonging the life span of the infected cat and improving the living standard.
