1例猫额窦畸形伴额窦积脓的诊治

摘　　要：1只田园猫在2月龄时曾感染过猫杯状病毒,经诊治愈。10个月后,患猫出现严重的呼吸不畅、精神沉郁、食欲下降等症状,通过临床检查、实验室检查、X射线检查及磁共振检查,最终确诊为额窦畸形伴有额窦积脓,经过手术治疗后患猫恢复良好。文章对该病例的诊疗过程进行记录与分析,以期为相关疾病的临床诊断与治疗提供新思路。A pastoral cat was infected with feline calicivirus at the age of 2 months and was cured after treatment.Ten months later,the sick cat developed severe respiratory dyspnea,depression,decreased appetite and other symptoms.Through clinical examination,laboratory examination,X-ray examination and magnetic resonance examination,the final diagnosis was frontal sinus deformity with frontal sinus pus.After surgical treatment,the sick cat recovered well.The diagnosis and treatment process of this case was recorded and analyzed in order to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.
