伊犁河谷哈萨克羊细粒棘球蚴病流行情况调查研究

摘　　要：研究旨在调查伊犁河谷哈萨克羊感染细粒棘球蚴的情况,以期为该地区防治细粒棘球蚴病及促进哈萨克羊养殖业健康发展提供参考。采集伊犁河谷4个县市定点屠宰场屠宰的哈萨克羊肝脏组织166份,测定样本感染细粒棘球蚴的情况,并采用双抗体夹心ELISA法对142份当地哈萨克羊养殖户饲养犬的粪便进行检测。结果显示,伊犁河谷哈萨克羊细粒棘球蚴病阳性率为4.22%(7/166),伊宁市、伊宁县、察布查尔县、巩留县阳性率分别为2.78%(2/72)、5.71%(2/35)、3.33%(1/30)、6.90%(2/29);犬粪抗原阳性率为3.52%(5/142),伊宁市、伊宁县、察布查尔县、巩留县阳性率分别为4.88%(2/41)、2.86%(1/35)、2.94%(1/34)、3.13%(1/32)。研究表明,伊犁河谷哈萨克羊细粒棘球蚴病感染呈下降趋势,但仍未达到净化效果,需重视该病在羊群-犬之间的循环传染,通过加强宣传教育、加强犬管理、实施定期监测和推广科学放牧等措施控制该病的传播。The purpose of this study was to investigate the infection of Echinococcusgranulosusamong Kazakh sheep in Yili Valley,in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of echinococcosis granulosa and the healthy development of Kazakh sheep breeding industry.A total of 166 liver tissues from slaughtered Kazakh sheep in four counties and cities'designated slaughterhouses in the Yili Valley were collected to determine the infection status of Echinococcusgranulosus.In addition,the double-antibody sandwich ELISA method was used to test the feces of 142 local Kazakh sheep farmers'dogs.Results show that the echinococcosis granulosa positive rate of Kazakh sheep in Yili Valley was 4.22%(7/166).Yining City,Yining County,Qapqal Xibe Autonomous County,and Gongliu County positive rate was 2.78%(2/72),5.71%(2/35),3.33%(1/30),6.90%(2/29).Dog feces antigen positive rate was 3.52%(5/142).Yining City,Yining County,Qapqal Xibe Autonomous County,and Gongliu County positive rate was 4.88%(2/41),2.86%(1/35),2.94%(1/34),3.13%(1/32).The study showed that the infection of Echinococcus granulosus of Kazakh sheep in Yili Valley showed a downward trend,but the purification effect was still not reached.Attention should be paid to the cyclic transmission of the disease between sheep and dogs,and the transmission of the disease should be controlled by strengthening publicity and education,strengthening dog management,implementing regular monitoring and promoting scientific grazing.
