摘 要:体外胚胎生产是繁殖优良品种或稀有保护动物的重要技术。胚胎冷冻可保存多余的胚胎及其遗传物质,为随时随地进行胚胎移植提供技术支持,所以胚胎冷冻技术是体外胚胎生产后移植前的重要步骤之一,更是胚胎移植技术步入商业化阶段的关键。但由于体外生产与自然孕育存在差异,如体外胚胎脂肪含量高、活性氧水平升高、具有物理损伤等特点,导致体外生产的胚胎冷冻效果不理想。文章主要就牛体外胚胎冷冻保存技术的发展、体外胚胎特性、冷冻保存后细胞分子特征及冷冻损伤等问题进行论述,以期为提高牛体外胚胎冷冻保存技术水平提供参考。In vitro embryo production is an important technology for breeding fine breeds or rare protected animals.Embryo freezing can save excess embryos and their genetic material,and provide technical support for embryo transfer anytime and anywhere.Therefore,embryo freezing technology is one of the important steps before transplantation after in vitro embryo production,and it is the key to embryo transfer technology entering the commercial stage.However,due to the differences between invitroproduction and natural breeding,such as the high fat content of invitroembryos,elevated levels of reactive oxygen species,physical damage and other characteristics,the freezing effect of in vitro production embryos is not ideal.This paper mainly describes the development of in vitro embryo cryopreservation technology,characteristics of invitroembryo,cellular molecular characteristics and cryopreservation damage after cryopreservation,in order to provide a reference for improving the technical level of invitroembryo cryopreservation of bovine.
