摘 要:配电网在建设与改造过程中,一直无法从整个区域统筹的高度进行协调推进,导致网架、设备、供电可靠性提升不理想。以苍溪县江南区域为例,详细介绍了一种基于网格化规划方法的应用。该方法从上自下,逐层划分至供电单元,梳理了单位10kV线路的接线方式、负载率、设备异常情况,以单联络网架为目标,逐步改造单元内网架和问题设备,解决了江南网格重过载、未实现配电自动化、不满足“N-1”、非标准接线、装接容量偏大、设备缺陷、供电半径超标、跨网格供电等问题。In the process of building and transforming the distribution network,it has always been difficult to coordinate from the height of the overall planning of the whole region,resulting in poor improvement of the reliability of the grid,equipment and power supply.Taking the Jiangnan region of Cangxi County as an example,the application of a grid-based planning method is introduced in detail.The method divides the whole planning to the power supply units layer by layer from top to bottom,and the wiring mode,load rate and equipment abnormal conditions of each unit of 10 kV line are sorted out.With the single connection grid as the goal,the grid frame and problematic equipment in the unit are gradually reformed,which solves the problems of heavy overload,not realizing distribution automation,not meeting“N-1”,non-standard wiring,large installation capacity,equipment defects,exceeding the power supply radius,cross-grid power supply of Jiangnan grid and so on.
