摘  要:为了做好高压试验现场安全控制工作,及时识别并制止不安全行为,研制了一种高压试验人身安全保护系统。系统以PLC为基础制作了核心控制模块,按照现场各类人员管控方式开发了红外探测模块、低频无线识别模块、脚踏开关模块及无线遥控模块。系统使用后,大幅缩短安全措施的布设时间,不安全行为识别率由63.53%提高到98.35%。试验现场操作人员、监护人、接线人员及对侧监护人均可对试验电源进行监视及控制,红外探测围栏对非法闯入的其他人员及时报警,任何人员出现危险情况,试验电源都将分闸。高压试验人身安全保护系统的研制与应用保护了各方人身安全,体现了“以人为本”的安全生产理念。In order to do a good job in the safety control of high-voltage test site and identify and stop the unsafe behavior in time,a personal safety protection system for high-voltage test is developed.The core control module of the system is made on the basis of PLC,and the infrared detection module,low-frequency wireless identification module,foot switch module and wireless remote control module are developed according to the management and control methods of various on-site personnel.After the system is adopted,the deployment time of security measures is greatly shortened,and the identification rate of unsafe behavior is increased from 63.53%to 98.35%.Test site operators,guardians,wiring personnel and the opposite side of the guardian all can monitor and control the test power supply,and infrared detection fence can provide alarm for illegal intrusion of other personnel timely.If there is any person in a dangerous situation,the test power supply will be switched off.The development and application of the high-voltage test personal safety protection system protects the personal safety of all parties,reflecting the"people-oriented"concept of safety production.
