摘  要:通过对一起500kV隔离开关误动作事件的分析,用现场排查和试验验证的方法查明了故障原因为隔离开关控制回路绝缘不良同时其直流电源装置存在内部接地点。针对隔离开关直流电源装置设计缺陷,结合隔离开关实际工况,创新性地提出了解决对策,自主设计制作了隔离开关直流电源模块并成功应用到现场,解决了现场隔离开关误动问题,取得了良好的效果,为变电站同类设备的缺陷处理提供了参考。Through the analysis of a 500 kV isolation switch misoperation,it is found that the cause of the fault is poor insulation of the control circuit of the isolation switch and the existence of internal grounding point of the DC power supply unit through field investigation and test verification.In order to deal with the design defect of isolation switch DC power supply device,the solutions are put forward innovatively combined with the actual condition of the isolation switch.The isolation switch DC power module is designed and manufactured independently and successfully applied to the field,solving the problem of misoperation of field isolation switch.Good results have been obtained,which provides reference for the defect treatment of similar equipment in substations.
