基于气体绝缘金属全封闭组合电器内部断口故障的220 kV母线失压故障分析

摘  要:针对220kV变电站全密封组合电器设备内部断口故障,结合组合电器生产及技术制造过程中形成的开关分闸不到位,使操作过电压导致击穿断口,气体绝缘金属全封闭组合电器内部起弧,电弧分解物污染线路侧绝缘子形成单相接地故障,最终导致220kV母差保护动作的情况,分析了电流互感器母差回路与计量回路二次线碰接、电流互感器二次线两点接地致使事故扩大的深层次原因,通过事故过程复盘,找出了设备运行薄弱的关键环节,加以优化改进完善,取得了良好的效果,全面提高了组合电器的运行可靠性。In order to deal with internal fracture failure of fully sealed combined electrical equipment in 220 kV substations,combined with failure to be in place of the composite electrical production and technical manufacturing process of the switch,breakdown fracture caused by operation overvoltage,the generation of GIS internal arc,arc decomposition contamination of the insulators on the line side,resulting in a single-phase grounding fault,eventually resulting in 220 kV busbar differential protection action,the deeprooted reasons of the accident expansion caused by the collision between the secondary line of CT busbar-difference circuit and metering circuit and the two-point grounding of CT secondary line are analyzed.Based on a review of the accident process,the key link of the weak operation of the equipment is found out.After optimization and improvement,good results have been obtained.And the operation reliability of the composite electrical equipment is improved comprehensively.
