基于电力通信网的同步数字体系光传输设备测试方法研究

摘　　要：电力通信网作为承载继电保护、数据传输、故障检测与处理等业务的重要载体,其可靠性直接影响电力系统的稳定运行。通信光传输设备是电力通信网的重要组成部分,严把传输设备入网质量关,是保障电力通信网安全稳定运行的必要条件。对新采购的通信同步数字体系光传输设备进行抽样测试,主要测试VC-4通道误码、平均发送光功率、接收机灵敏度、以太网业务性能等参数,检验其是否符合相关标准要求,为电力通信网的投运提前消除设备安全隐患。As an important carrier for relay protection,data transmission,fault detection and processing,the reliability of power communication network directly affects the stable operation of power system.Since communication optical transmission equipment is an important part of power communication network,strictly controlling the quality of transmission equipment access into the network is a necessary condition to ensure the safe and stable operation of electric power communication network.A sample test of newly purchased communication SDH optical transmission equipment is carried out,which mainly focuses on VC-4 channel error,average transmit optical power,receiver sensitivity,Ethernet service performance and other parameters to check whether it meets the relevant standard requirements,which can eliminate equipment safety hazards for the commissioning of power communication network in advance.
