基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer对国内外音乐治疗研究现状的可视化计量分析

摘　　要：目的:对国内外近20年音乐治疗研究现状进行可视化分析,以探究领域内的研究热点和发展趋势。方法:检索中国知网、Web of Science服务平台关于音乐治疗的相关文献,应用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件对文献发表年份、作者、期刊、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入中文文献888篇,英文文献1677篇;国内发文作者以张勇、林法财等为代表,国外以Gold Christian、Raglio Alfredo等为代表;国内发文机构主要有南京特殊教育职业技术学院艺术学院、南京中医药大学第二临床医学院等,国外发文机构主要为University of Melbourne、University of Toronto等大学院校;国内发文期刊主要涉及音乐学和医学领域,国外发文期刊主要涉及脑科学和认知神经科学领域;国内关键词共现包括音乐治疗、音乐疗法、焦虑、抑郁、五行音乐等,国外关键词共现包括Music Therapy、Anxiety、Dementia、Pain等。结论:音乐治疗研究领域快速发展,国内外研究者均已形成各自的合作团队,但国内机构之间的合作以及对细分领域的深入研究与国外仍有差距;拓展音乐治疗的应用场景,发展个性化和更适合本土需求的音乐治疗模式可能是未来发展的趋势。Objective:This study applies CiteSpace and VOSviewer software to conduct a visual analysis of domestic and international literature on music therapy over the past 20 years,aiming to explore research hotspots and development trends within the field.Methods:Literature on music therapy was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and the Web of Science platform.A visual analysis was performed on the publication year,authors,journals,institutions,and keywords of the literature.Results:A total of 888 Chinese articles and 1677 English articles were included in the analysis.Domestically,representative authors include Zhang Yong and Lin Facai,while internationally,notable authors are Gold Christian and Raglio Alfredo.Major domestic institutions contributing to the literature are the School of Art at Nanjing Special Education Vocational College and the Second Clinical Medical College of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.Internationally,prominent institutions include the University of Melbourne and the University of Toronto.Domestically,the journals publishing music therapy literature are primarily in the fields of musicology and medicine,while internationally,the journals are mainly in the fields of neuroscience and cognitive neuroscience.The co-occurrence of domestic keywords includes music therapy,music therapy,anxiety,depression,and Five Elements music,while international keywords co-occur with Music Therapy,Anxiety,Dementia,and Pain.Conclusion:The field of music therapy research is rapidly developing,with researchers both domestically and internationally forming their own collaborative teams.However,there is still a gap between domestic institutions in terms of cooperation and in-depth research in specific subfields compared to international counterparts.Expanding the application scenarios of music therapy and developing personalized and locally adapted models of music therapy may represent future trends in the field’s development.
