摘 要:以湖南某发酵制药厂生产废水为处理对象,构建以膜电Fenton耦合分段进水AO为主体的深度处理工艺,通过优化试验条件和运行参数,考察该工艺对于发酵制药废水中COD、氨氮、总氮的去除效果。试验表明发酵制药废水通过膜电Fenton工艺处理后出水B/C为0.29,提升70.59%,是因为膜电Fenton工艺利用电解水调节pH值,减少了无机盐增量,但膜电Fenton工艺处理成本为53.25元/t,比传统Fenton工艺运行成本增加了4.06%。膜电Fenton工艺处理后出水仍不能满足《发酵类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB21903-2008)要求,后续采用分段进水AO工艺进行深度处理,通过计算得出分段数为2,平均污泥浓度为5833.34 mg/L,比单级AO工艺提高16.67%;总回流比R=100%,比单级AO工艺降低66.67%;吨水碳源投加量为0.27 kg,比单级AO工艺降低48.08%。最终出水COD≤120 mg/L,氨氮≤3 mg/L,总氮≤70 mg/L,满足排放要求。Take the production wastewater from a fermentation pharmaceutical factory in Hunan as the treatment object,an advanced treatment process based on membrane electric Fenton coupled segmented influent AO was constructed.By optimized experimental conditions and operation parameters,the removal effects of this process on COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen in fermentation pharmaceutical wastewater were investigated.The experiment showed that the B/C of the effluent from fermentation pharmaceutical wastewater treated by the membrane electric Fenton process was 0.29,increased by 70.59%.This is because the membrane electric Fenton process uses electrolytic water to adjust the pH value,which reduced the inorganic salt increment.However,the treatment cost of the membrane electric Fenton process was 53.25 Yuan/t,which was 4.06% higher than the operation cost of the traditional Fenton process.After being treated by the membrane-electric Fenton process,the effluent still cannot meet the requirements of the Emission Standard for Water Pollutants in the Fermentation Pharmaceutical Industry(GB21903-2008).Subsequently,the segmented influent AO process was used for advanced treatment.According to calculation,the number of segments was 2,the average sludge concentration was 5833.34 mg/L,which was 16.67% higher than the single stage AO process;the total reflux ratio R=100%,which was 66.67% lower than the single stage AO process;and the carbon source dosage per ton of water was 0.27 kg,which was 48.08% lower than the single stage AO process.The final COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen were below 120 mg/L,3 mg/L and 70 mg/L respectively,being able to meet the discharge requirements.
