氧化镍硫化焙烧产物与浮选药剂的作用机理

摘  要:本文针对含镍电镀污泥中镍资源难以高效利用、工艺繁琐且存在严重环境污染等问题,通过对吉布斯自由能变的计算及Ni-S-O体系优势区相图的绘制,确定了氧化镍与黄铁矿的理论反应温度及不同温度条件下利于硫化镍生成的反应气氛。结合硫化焙烧-浮选处理技术,查明了焙烧因素对人造硫化镍矿浮选行为的影响及机理,并通过吸附量测定、接触角测量、Zeta电位测定、红外光谱分析等测试技术手段,揭示了浮选药剂与人造硫化矿物的作用机理。研究发现,当氧化镍与黄铁矿的质量之比为1:1.2、焙烧温度为900℃、焙烧时间30 min时,焙烧产物中镍的浮选回收率高达96.69%。浮选过程中,异丁基黄药与人造硫化镍矿产生了化学吸附作用,铜离子有效提高了矿物表面的疏水性。In view of problems including the difficulty in the efficient utilization of nickel resources,cumbersome processes and serious environmental pollution of the nickel-containing electroplating sludge,the theoretical reaction temperature of nickel oxide and pyrite,and the reaction circumstances which are favorable for the formation of nickel sulfide under different temperature conditions have been determined in this paper by calculating the Gibbs free energy changes and drawing the phase diagram of dominant fields of the Ni-S-O system.Combined with the sulfidation roasting-flotation treatment techniques,the influence and mechanism of roasting factors on the flotation behavior of the artificial nickel sulfide have been revealed.The mechanism of interaction between flotation reagent and artificial sulfide has also been revealed by using analytical techniques including the adsorption capacity measurement,contact angle measurement,Zeta potential measurement,and infrared spectroscopy.It is found that the flotation recovery ratio of nickle in the roasting product was as high as 96.69%when the roasting product was produced under conditions including the mass ratio of nickel oxide and pyrite of 1:1.2,the roasting temperature of 900°C,and the roasting time of 30min.In the flotation process,the chemical adsorption effect occurred between isobutyl xanthate and artificial nickel sulfide,and the hydrophobicity of the artificial sulfide mineral surface was effectively improved by copper ions.
