摘 要:对家长、家庭在早期教育中重要性的认识促使美国公共图书馆的早期读写服务转向家庭读写服务,支持环境的构建、游戏因素的嵌入、互动关系的打造是家庭读写服务的关键要素,路径转变带来了服务重心、服务理念、服务内容与服务空间的相应改变。从Head Start、FPL、ECRR、Play and Learn Space in Library这4个典型案例的时间节点转变与内容侧重点的变化可窥见转变的发展轨迹。转向家庭读写服务后策略相应转移,分为引导、赋能、辅助家长的聚焦家长策略和融入、激活家庭的聚焦家庭策略。图1。表2。参考文献64。Recognition on the importance of parents and families in early education has prompted the transformation of American public libraries,early literacy to family literacy.The construction of supporting environment,insertion of game factors and the creation of interactive relationships are three key points of family literacy.The transformation of the path has brought about corresponding changes in early literacy,service focus,service concept,service content,and service space.The development trajectory of the transformation can be seen from the changes in time nodes and content focus in four typical cases:Head Start,FPL,ECRR,Play and Learn Space in Library.Service strategies are correspondingly shifted,divided into parent focused strategies and family focused strategies,the former ones includes guiding,empowering and assisting parents,the later ones includes integrating and activating families.1 fig.2 tabs.64 refs.
