摘  要:【目的】探究南通地区设施栽培土壤中微塑料的赋存特征、形态及分布。【方法】在南通地区的六个县市区采集不同区域的设施栽培土壤,利用密度分选、显微镜观察和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪测定等方法对微塑料形态、颜色、含量等特征开展监测研究。【结果】南通地区设施栽培土壤中共监测到3种形态(纤维、薄膜和碎片)、4种颜色(无色、绿色、蓝色和黑色)、4种聚合物成分[聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)、玻璃纸和聚酯纤维]的微塑料,微塑料丰度范围为0~120个/千克,平均含量为35.8±27.3个/千克。其中小于1 mm的微塑料占比65.1%。【结论】南通地区设施栽培土壤环境中普遍存在微塑料残留现象,本研究结果可为明确设施栽培土壤微塑料污染状况提供参考。【Objective】It is to explore the occurrence characteristics,forms,and distribution of microplastics in agricultural soil from facility cultivation in Nantong Area.【Method】Soil samples from different facility cultivation areas were collected in six counties and districts in Nantong.Density sorting,microscopic observation,and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy were used to monitor and study the characteristics of microplastic content levels.【Result】In Nantong,microplastics of three forms(fibers,films and fragments),four colors(colorless,green,blue and black),and four polymer components[polypropylene(PP),polyethylene(PE),cellophane and polyester fiber]were detected in the soil of greenhouse cultivation.The abundance of microplastics ranged from 0 to 120 pieces/kg,with an average content of 35.8±27.3 pieces/kg.Among them,microplastics smaller than 1 mm accounted for 65.1%.【Conclusion】Microplastic residues are common in the soil environment of facility cultivation in Nantong.The results of this study can provide a reference for clarifying the status of microplastic pollution in facility cultivation soil.
