摘 要:通过分析国内外研究堆老化管理法律法规与技术标准现状,指出了开展老化管理和老化控制研究的必要性,它与反应堆的安全、可靠运行密切相关。为此,首先给出了老化管理的基本概念和目的;然后介绍了研究堆老化管理系统,包括研发背景、系统概述、系统设计、系统功能与应用等;最后,结合高通量工程试验堆20多年的老化管理经验,系统地完成老化管理的业务流程向信息化流程的转变,以期为我国研究堆老化管理提供参考和数据支撑。By analyzing the current status of research reactor aging management laws,regulations and technical stan-dards at home and aboard,this article points out the necessity of conducting aging management and aging control research,which is closely related to the safe and reliable operation of reactors.Firstly,it gives the basic concept and purpose of aging management.Then,it focuses on the research reactor aging management system,including the background of research and development,the system overview,the system design,and the system functions and ap-plications.Finally,combined with the aging management experience of the High-Flux Engineering Test Reactor for more than twenty years,it systematically completing the transformation of the aging management business pro-cess to the informationization process,hoping to provide reference and data support for the aging management of research reactors in China.
