摘 要:针对变压器绕组变形问题,以往大多采用超声波检测的方法,但此类方法的应用效率较低。为提升检测性能,提出将编码扩频(Coding Spread Spectrum,CSS)技术与超声检测技术结合的方案。通过阐述声波透射、声波衰减的实际原理,进一步提出声场计算方法、编码序列的调制路径,并设计超声波扩频测距系统,依托广义互相关算法,完成回波分析。经过试验仿真后,发现该系统检测精度达到±0.05 mm,能够直观、定量地反映变压器绕组结构。For the transformer winding deformation problem,ultrasonic detection is mostly used in the past,but the application efficiency of such methods is low.In order to improve the detection performance,a program com-bining the Coding Spread Spectrum(CSS)technology with ultrasonic detection technology is proposed.By elabo-rating the actual principles of acoustic transmission and acoustic attenuation,we further propose the acoustic field calculation method,the modulation path of the coding sequence,and design the ultrasonic spread spectrum ranging system,relying on the generalized cross-correlation algorithm,to complete the echo analysis.After experimental simulation,it is found that the system can ensure the detection accuracy of±0.05 mm and can reflect the trans-former winding structure intuitively and quantitatively.
