摘 要:为探究沥青路面最佳施工温度、提升路面压实质量,以某市政道路上面层SMA-13混合料为研究对象,设计变温试验,深入分析面层压实温度与压实特性关系,提出沥青面层关键施工控制温度为100℃。同时,基于现场试验结果,构建压实有效时间与外界环境、摊铺层厚度的量化关系模型,并依托实体工程进行应用。研究结果表明:通过关系模型计算得出压实有效时间为50.6 min;沥青上面层碾压施工过程中未发生温度离析现象,所有测点压实度均大于98%,工程应用效果良好。In order to explore the optimal construction temperature of asphalt pavement and improve the compac-tion quality of pavement,this article takes the SMA-13 mixture on the surface of a municipal road as the research object,designs a temperature change test,deeply analyzes the relationship between the compaction temperature and compaction characteristics of the surface,and proposes that the key construction control temperature for asphalt sur-face is 100℃.At the same time,based on the results of on-site tests,a quantitative relationship model between the effective compaction time and the external environment,as well as the thickness of the pavement,is constructed and applied through physical engineering.The results show that the effective compaction time is 50.6 min calcu-lated by the relationship model;No temperature segregation phenomenon occur during the compaction process of the asphalt surface,and the compaction degree of all measurement points is>98%,and the engineering application effect is good.
