摘 要:以废矸石为粗骨料加水泥混合浆液制备盾尾间隙充填材料。研究不同水灰比与不同外加剂配比下充填材料在不同养护时间(1 d、7 d、14 d)单轴抗压强度的变化。结果表明:废矸石改进的豆砾石作为粗骨料,可以使充填材料压密阶段增长,表现出一定的延性,材料抗压强度提高。随着养护时间的增长,充填材料抗压强度增高。当外加剂按一定配比加入混合浆液,充填材料早期强度提升且抗压强度峰值提高,达到早强高强的效果。随着矸石的加入与浆液交互补强,承载机制包括矸石啮合、粘结补强和胶结固化3个重要过程。在压实过程中,应力-应变曲线出现孔隙压密、滑移调整和破碎重构3个阶段。The shield tail gap filling material was prepared by using waste gangue as coarse aggregate and cement mixed slurry.The changes of uniaxial compressive strength of filling materials under different water-cement ratios and different admixture ratios under different curing time(1d,7d,14d)were studied.The results show that the im-provement of pea gravel as coarse aggregate using waste gangue results in an increase in the compaction stage of the filling material,showing a certain ductility,and the compressive strength of materials increases.With the increase of maintenance time,the compressive strength of filling material increases.When the admixture is added to the mixed slurry according to a certain ratio,the early strength of the filling material can be improved and the peak value can be increased to achieve the effect of early strength and high strength.With the addition of gangue and the interac-tion of slurry reinforcement,the bearing mechanism includes three important processes:gangue meshing,bonding reinforcement and cementation curing.During the compaction process,the stress-strain curve appears three stages of pore compaction,slip adjustment and fracture reconstruction.
