摘　　要：国土调查作为我国国土管理的关键组成部分,通过动态监测、评估和规划国土利用现状,为国家发展战略提供数据支持。随着城市化进程和经济快速发展,国土利用变化加剧,对资源开发、保护和管理提出新的挑战。为确保国土资源的可持续利用,国土调查变得至关重要。现代调查技术的应用,特别是3S技术和无人机倾斜摄影测量技术,极大地提高了数据采集的效率和准确性,但是仍存在数据获取、图像解译和精度验证等问题。建议完善遥感数据获取与处理技术,加强遥感图像解译方法和算法研究,并结合地面调查与实地验证,以提高国土调查的科学性和准确性。现代测绘技术在国土调查中的应用前景广阔,有助于提高工作效率、降低成本,为自然资源管理和生态文明建设提供支持。Land survey is a key part of China's land management,which provides data support for national develop-ment strategy through dynamic monitoring,evaluation and planning of land use status.With the process of urban-ization and rapid economic development,the change in land use has intensified,posing new challenges to the devel-opment,protection and management of resources.In order to ensure the sustainable utilization of land resources,land survey becomes very important.The application of modern survey technology,especially 3S technology and UAV tilt photogrammetry technology,has greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy of data acquisition.How-ever,there are still some problems such as data acquisition,image interpretation and accuracy verification.It is sug-gested to improve remote sensing data acquisition and processing technology,strengthen the research on interpreta-tion methods and algorithms of remote sensing images,and combine ground investigation and field verification to improve the scientificity and accuracy of land survey.The application prospect of modern surveying and mapping technology in land survey is broad,which can help improve work efficiency,reduce costs,and provide support for natural resource management and ecological civilization construction.
