摘  要:介绍了原料罐区油气收集系统的基本情况和挥发性有机物(VOCs)撬装设施的工艺原理。由于VOCs撬装设施的运行模式比较单一,操作灵活性不足,在运行过程中存在总管压力波动较大、VOCs装置旁路阀门误动作、油气回收系统氮气消耗量大等问题,经运行优化后取得了一定的效果,提高了油气回收系统的经济性和长周期运行能力。This article presents the fundamental status of the oil and gas collection system in the raw material tank farm and the technological principle of the VOCs skid-mounted facility.As the operation mode of the VOCs skid-mounted facility is relatively simplistic and lacks operational flexibility,there exist issues such as significant fluctuations in the main pipe pressure,incorrect actions of the bypass valves of the VOCs device,and high nitrogen consumption of the oil and gas recovery system during the operation process.After operational optimization,certain effects have been achieved,enhancing the economic performance and long-term operation capability of the oil and gas recovery system.
