摘  要:以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸作为亲水单体,再引入刚性单体N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮,使用去离子水进行体系聚合,制备出一种高抗盐压裂干粉稠化剂,经室内体系评价实验,低浓度时可用作降阻剂,加量为0.1%,降阻率可达75.7%;高浓度时可用作压裂携砂液,1%加量下抗盐能力最高可达7×10^(4)mg/L,满足返排液/集气站水直配压裂液性能需求,现场应用效果良好,能够较好解决目前大规模返排液/集气站水重复利用的需求。Thisarticleuses acrylamide,acrylic acid,and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid as hydrophilic monomers,and introduces rigid monomer N-vinylpyrrolidone.The system is polymerized using deionized water to prepare a highly salt resistant fracturing dry powder thickener.Through indoor system evaluation experiments,it can be used as a drag reducing agent at low concentrations,with a dosage of 0.1%and a drag reduction rate of 75.7%;When the concentration is high,it can be used as a fracturing sand carrying fluid,with a salt resistance of up to 7×10^(4) mg/L at a dosage of 1%,meeting the performance requirements of direct fracturing fluid for flowback fluid/gas gathering station water.The on-site application effect is good,which can better solve the current demand for largescale reuse of flowback fluid/gas gathering station water.
