摘 要:海上某油田配备两套高干度湿蒸汽锅炉,高干度湿蒸汽锅炉利用液(气)体燃料在炉膛里燃烧,将化学能转化为热能,并将锅中的水加热、沸腾汽化,产生具有一定温度、压力和干度的蒸汽,蒸汽注入油井,加热油层中的原油以降低稠油的粘度,增加稠油流动性,大幅度地提高稠油的采收率。随着热采井注热存在高压的情况以及热采井转注频率的提高,锅炉启停的频率也随之增加,平台对点火不成功的原因进行系统分析,并采取针对性的措施,从而提高注汽锅炉的点火成功率。A certain offshore oil field is equipped with two sets of high dryness wet steam boilers.The high dryness wet steam boilers use liquid(gas)fuel to burn in the furnace,convert chemical energy into heat energy,and heat and boil the water in the boiler to produce steam with a certain temperature,pressure,and dryness.The steam is injected into the oil well to heat the crude oil in the reservoir,reduce the viscosity of heavy oil,increase the fluidity of heavy oil,and greatly improve the recovery rate of heavy oil.With the presence of high pressure in thermal injection wells and the increase in the frequency of hot injection wells,the frequency of boiler start-up and shutdown also increases.The platform conducts a systematic analysis of the reasons for unsuccessful ignition and takes targeted measures to improve the ignition success rate of steam injection boilers.
