摘  要:手动报警站,即消防启动按钮,是海上采油平台消防系统的核心组件,常设于平台各层甲板楼梯口或中央,但恶劣环境和振动可能降低其可靠性。维护检查发现,这些设备普遍缺乏回路检测功能,无法准确检测短路或断路,易导致误报或无法报警,威胁生产安全。通过文献综述、系统设计、实验测试及结果分析,深入研究了回路检测功能对提升平台安全性的潜在影响探讨在海上采油平台的手动报警站增加回路检测功能的有效性和可行性。研究表明,增加回路检测功能可显著提升手动报警站的可靠性,降低误报率,增强海上采油平台的安全性,具有重要的实际应用价值。The manual alarm station,also known as the fire start button,is the core component of the fire protection system on offshore oil platforms.It is commonly located at the stairway or center of each deck of the platform,but its reliability may be reduced by harsh environments and vibrations.Maintenance inspections have found that these devices generally lack circuit detection capabilities,making it difficult to accurately detect short circuits or open circuits,which can lead to false alarms or inability to sound an alarm,posing a threat to production safety.Through literature review,system design,experimental testing,and result analysis,the potential impact of loop detection function on improving platform safety was thoroughly studied.The effectiveness and feasibility of adding loop detection function to manual alarm stations on offshore oil platforms were explored.Research has shown that adding loop detection function can significantly improve the reliability of manual alarm stations,reduce false alarm rates,and enhance the safety of offshore oil platforms,which has important practical application value.
