水平井、大斜度井射孔校深方式分析与研究

摘  要:随着渤海油田的深入勘探与开发,水平井和大斜度井的射孔作业逐渐增多,但在此类井段中,仪器下放至目标层的难度显著影响了作业效率。基于此,介绍了几种常规泵送辅助工具、提出了工具进一步改进的方案、讨论了两种其他备用校深方式。作业人员应根据实际井况合理选择校深方案,并在每个环节中细致分析,以降低误差,提高射孔的质量与准确性,进而提升作业成功率。With the in-depth exploration and development of the Bohai Oilfield,the perforation operations for horizontal and high-angle wells are gradually increasing.However,the difficulty in lowering instruments to the target layer in these well sections significantly affects operational efficiency.This paper introduces several conventional pumping auxiliary tools,proposes further improvement plans for these tools,and discusses two alternative depth calibration methods.Operators should reasonably select depth calibration schemes based on actual well conditions and carefully analyze each link to minimize errors,enhance the quality and accuracy of perforation,and ultimately improve the success rate of operations.
