摘 要:C26区块目标层位为孔店组,地层强度高、机械钻速慢;作为老油区邻井的数量较多、轨迹防碰难度大,沙三段地层钻进自然降斜严重,轨迹调整频繁施工效率低;同时该区块注水井数多、注水量大、部分井注入压力较高,给钻井施工带来了较大的难度与风险。结合区块钻井施工技术难题,总结分析前期施工井的经验,从钻具组合优选、同台井施工顺序优化、强化钻井参数、高性能钻头优化、钻井液性能优化及注水井监管等方面进行研究分析,形成了适合该区块的优快钻井技术系列。通过多轮次的现场应用和技术迭代,施工井的钻完井周期由17.71 d缩短至最低9.79 d,大幅提高了钻井时效,为类似安全、高效、快速钻井施工提供了借鉴。The target layer of C26 block is Kongdian Formation,which has high formation strength and slow mechanical drilling speed;As there are a large number of adjacent wells in the old oil area,the difficulty of trajectory collision prevention is high,and the natural inclination of drilling in the Sha-3 formation is severe,resulting in frequent trajectory adjustments and low construction efficiency;The block has a large number of water injection wells,which brings great difficulties and risks to drilling construction.Based on the technical difficulties of block drilling construction,this study summarizes and analyzes the experience of early construction wells,and conducts research and analysis on the optimization of drilling tool combinations,the strengthening of drilling parameters and the drilling fluid performance.A series of optimal and fast drilling technologies suitable for this block have been formed.Through multiple rounds of on-site application and technological iteration,the drilling and completion cycle of the construction well has been shortened from 17.71 days to 9.79 days.And it greatly improves the drilling efficiency and provides reference for similar safe,efficient,and fast drilling construction.
