摘 要:针对中东地区某油田终端处理设施天然气处理厂氮气增压机撬频繁停机的问题,从设计源头出发,逐一分析导致停机的原因。经过探究,找出了环境温度过高、润滑油管道堵塞、安全阀故障等问题。针对主要原因实施优化改进措施,从清理润滑油管道、校准安全阀、搭设遮阳棚、安装预冷机、增加保温等多措施逐次渐进地解决氮气增压机撬停机的问题,最终将原来氮气增压机撬每月跳机4次降低到每月0次,氮气压缩机不再无故跳车,解决了问题。究对提高氮气增压机运行效率、降低操作成本、保证装置的平稳运行有重要意义,同时也为相关设备故障分析提供了一个优秀的工程案例。Aiming at the problem of frequent shutdown of nitrogen compressor package in the natural gas treatment plant of an oil field terminal facility in the Middle East,the reasons leading to shutdown are analyzed one by one from the design source.After scientific exploration,problems such as high ambient temperature,blocked lubricating oil pipelines,and malfunctioning safety valves have been identified.This paper continues to analyze the problem and identify the main reasons.Optimization and improvement measures are implemented based on the main reasons,gradually solving the problem of nitrogen compressor package shutdown through multiple measures such as cleaning lubricating oil pipelines,calibrating safety valves,setting up sunshades,installing pre-cooler,and increasing insulation.Finally,the original nitrogen compressor package shutdown frequency of 4 times per month is reduced to 0 times per month.The nitrogen compressor no longer jumps for no reason,which solves the problem.This study is of great significance to improve the operating efficiency,reduce the operating cost and ensure the stable operation of the nitrogen compressor.It also provides an excellent engineering case for the fault analysis of related equipment.
