苏东储气库大井眼定向井钻井技术研究

摘  要:苏东储气库定向井设计井眼尺寸大,稳斜段长,地层承压能力低、非均质性强,施工过程存在携砂困难,井眼清洁度低,造斜、稳斜能力差,轨迹控制难度大,机械钻速低,塌漏矛盾突出,钻井液性能维护处理难度大等技术难点。通过井丛防碰预分,优选大功率螺杆、高效PDC钻头,优化钻具组合及轨迹剖面,应用聚合物低固相钻井液体系,解决了塌漏矛盾,实现了苏东储气库11口大井眼定向井安全快速顺利完钻,形成了适合苏东储气库注采井钻井配套技术,为同区块其它注采井以及同类型储气库钻井设计及施工提供了参考依据。The directional well design of the Sudong gas storage facility has a large wellbore size,a long stable inclined section,low formation pressure bearing capacity,strong heterogeneity,difficulty in carrying sand during construction,low wellbore cleanliness,poor ability to create and stabilize inclines,difficult trajectory control,low mechanical drilling speed,prominent collapse and leakage contradictions,and difficult maintenance and treatment of drilling fluid performance.Through pre separation of well clusters,selection of high-power screws and efficient PDC drill bits,optimization of drilling tool combinations and trajectory profiles,and application of polymer low solid phase drilling fluid system,the contradiction of collapse and leakage has been solved,and the safe,fast and smooth completion of 11 large wellbore directional wells in Sudong Gas Storage has been achieved.This has formed a suitable drilling matching technology for injection and production wells in Sudong Gas Storage,providing a reference for the design and construction of other injection and production wells in the same block and similar gas storage wells.
