摘  要:为了解决生理信号采集中导线繁多、电极设置复杂的问题,以及应对传统刚性湿电极贴合不良和长时间信号采集稳定性下降等挑战,设计了一种基于刺绣技术的多模态生理传感织物面罩。该面罩采用刺绣技术一体化制作,具备低成本、柔软和舒适等优点,能够紧密贴合皮肤。研究表明,面罩的刺绣电极与传统湿电极采集到的信号在时域上的相关度高于95%。通过睁闭眼静息实验、眼电信号测试以及皮肤电反应测试,进一步验证了面罩在采集生物电信号方面的有效性。综上所述,基于刺绣技术的多模态生理传感织物面罩能够同时采集多种生物电信号,适用于医疗监测、运动科学、虚拟现实和人机交互等多个领域。Currently,emotion recognition technology is gaining significant attention in virtual reality(VR)applications.By recognizing the emotional state of users in a VR environment,systems can adjust virtual scenes and interaction modes in real-time,providing a more personalized and immersive experience.However,traditional emotion recognition technologies often rely on a single physiological signal,such as an EEG(electroencephalogram),leading to insufficient accuracy and comprehensiveness in emotion recognition.This poses challenges for meeting the demands of emotional interaction of users in VR environments.Consequently,research on utilizing wearable devices to collect multimodal physiological signals and using AI methods for emotion recognition has attracted considerable interest in the industry,becoming a new research hotspot.However,current wearable devices have not yet effectively achieved simultaneous acquisition of multiple physiological signals.Traditional rigid wet electrodes pose certain issues in smart wearable applications.Specifically,for the simultaneous collection of multiple physiological signals,current devices require a plethora of dangling wires and individually set electrodes,a process that is not only cumbersome but also detracts from the overall aesthetics.Furthermore,wet electrodes typically utilize Ag/AgCl as the base electrode material and employ conductive gel or paste as the medium for contact between the electrode and skin.The use of conductive paste may lead to short circuits between electrodes,causing signal overlap or interference from adjacent electrodes,thereby affecting the accuracy of the test results.Over time,conductive paste tends to dry out,evaporate,or leak,increasing the electrode-skin contact impedance and reducing the quality and stability of signal acquisition,which is unfavorable for long-term monitoring.Additionally,the components of conductive paste may cause discomfort and allergic reactions in subjects,limiting the comfort and safety of physiological signal recording.There
