摘  要:深部孤岛工作面合理宽度问题一直是煤矿现场尚未完全解决的防冲难题,以鄂尔多斯母度柴登矿井30207设计孤岛工作面为工程背景,采用理论分析方法,研究基于防冲的深部孤岛工作面合理宽度设计方法,探讨两翼不同采空区宽度条件下的孤岛工作面载荷分布规律,基于载荷三带理论建立孤岛工作面承载应力估算模型,研究孤岛工作面上覆载荷三带高度划分模型,设计深部高应力孤岛工作面防冲临界宽度估算方法。结果表明,案例验算孤岛工作面理论安全宽度不得小于245 m,考虑强动载影响,现场应用基于防冲的孤岛工作面合理宽度为300m。The problem of reasonable width of deep isolated island working face has always been an unresolved erosion-control difficult problem in coal mine site.Taking the 30207 designed isolated island working face in Mudu Chaideng Mine of Erdos as the engineering background,theoretical analysis method is used to study the design method of reasonable width of deep isolated island working face based on erosion-control.The load distribution law of isolated island working face under the condition of different goaf widths on both wings is explored and discussed.Based on the theory of load three zones,an estimation model for the load-bearing stress of isolated island working face is established.The height division model of the overlying load three zones of isolated island working face is studied,and the erosion-control critical width estimation method of deep high stress isolated island working face is designed.The results indicate that the theoretical safe width of the isolated island working face in the case checking calculation should not be less than 245 m.Considering the influence of strong dynamic loads,the reasonable width of the isolated island working face based on erosion-control applied on site is 300 m.
