摘 要:煤炭运输过程中,称重计量节点是物流过程与现场管理的核心控制点。针对传统过磅方式效率低下,容易出错,需要投入较多的人力资源,增加企业的运营成本,传统的过磅方式已经难以满足现代物流管理的需求问题,南关煤业将传统过磅改为无人过磅系统,通过数智化手段对煤炭运输过磅系统进行技术更新与流程再造,解决效率低、储装运环节漏洞等传统管理模式存在的弊端。该系统能够自动识别车辆、快速完成称重,并实时记录数据,提高了工作效率和计量准确性,实现了减人提效、管理创新,助力称重全流程数字化转型。In the process of coal transportation,weighing and measuring nodes are the core control points for logistics and on-site management.In response to the low efficiency and error prone nature of traditional weighing methods,which require a significant investment of human resources and increase operational costs for enterprises,traditional weighing methods are no longer sufficient to meet the needs of modern logistics management.Nanguan Coal Industry has replaced traditional weighing methods with unmanned weighing systems and updated the technology and process of coal transportation weighing systems through digital means to address the drawbacks of traditional management models such as low efficiency and loopholes in storage and shipping processes.The system can automatically identify vehicles,quickly complete weighing,and record data in real time,improving work efficiency and measurement accuracy,achieving efficiency reduction and management innovation,and assisting in the digital transformation of the entire weighing process.
