摘  要:针对工作面过断层易发生煤壁失稳、煤岩碎粒“溃决”问题,以望云煤矿15106工作面过断层为工程背景,将煤层分为原生煤和构造煤,通过分析煤壁所受水平应力分布特征,建立煤壁力学模型,分析了护帮板、顶底板黏聚力力偶及水平应力对煤壁挠度的影响,确立了煤壁稳定性判据。研究结果表明,断层构造煤对原生煤壁水平应力分布函数形式取决于参数k_(0);煤壁稳定性与煤壁抗弯刚度、顶底板压力、开采高度有关。实践证明,煤壁超前预注浆+俯采过断层对煤壁抗弯刚度提升明显、利于煤壁稳定。Given the issue of instability in coal walls and the risk of coal and rock fragments“rout”are easy to occur over fault of working face,this study analyses the horizontal stress distribution on the coal wall of the 15106 working face in Wangyun Coal Mine.The coal seam was classified as primary and structural coal.By analyzing the distribution characteristics of horizontal stress on coal wall,the mechanical model of coal wall was established.the impact of cohesion between the wall guard plate,top and bottom plate,and horizontal stress on coal wall deflection was analyzed,and the criteria for coal wall stability were established.The results indicate that the horizontal stress distribution function form between fault tectonic coal and primary coal depends on parameter k_(0).Coal wall stability depends on the bending stiffness,roof and floor pressure,and mining height.It has been proven through practical application that pre-grouting and overdraft through the fault significantly improve the flexural stiffness of the coal wall,which in turn enhances its stability.
