摘 要:“食品营养学”是一门全面系统介绍食物、营养与人体健康关系的食品专业基础课程,具有很强的科学性、社会性、时效性和应用性。课程整体难度不大,但内容复杂,知识点多,导致实际教学效果并不理想。为提高课程的教学质量和学生的学习效果,在江西农业大学“食品营养学”教学活动中进行PBL与LBL双轨融合思维导图教学法的探索。以课程目标达成值为评价依据,实践表明教学探索具有一定成效,深化了学生对课程理论知识的理解,并显著增强了学生解决实际问题的能力。"Food Nutrition"is an important course to comprehensively and systematically introduce the relationship among food,nutrition and human health,with strong scientificity,sociality,timeliness and practicability.The overall difficulty of this course is not great,but the actual teaching effect is not ideal.In order to improve the teaching quality of the course and the learning effectiveness of the students,the exploration of the PBL and LBL dual-track integrated mind mapping teaching method is carried out in the teaching activities of "Food Nutrition"at Jiangxi Agricultural University.Based on the achievement value of the curriculum goal,the results show that the teaching reform has achieved a certain effect and enhanced the students'practical application ability.
