摘  要:设计并实现一套智能化广播电视播出监管系统。系统由信号采集与处理、智能分析与告警、系统管理与调度3个模块组成,采用边缘计算、卷积神经网络(Convolutional Neural Network,CNN)结合模糊逻辑算法,能够实时采集、分析广播信号并检测故障。测试结果表明,设计的系统针对视频信号丢失、画面卡顿、音频静音等故障具有较高的检测准确率和响应速度,显著提升了监管的自动化、智能化水平。This paper designs and implements a set of intelligent radio and television broadcast supervision system.The system is composed of three modules:signal acquisition and processing,intelligent analysis and alarm,and system management and scheduling.Edge computing,Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)and fuzzy logic algorithm are used to collect and analyze broadcast signals and detect faults in real time.The test results show that the designed system has high detection accuracy and response speed for video signal loss,picture delay,audio silence and other faults,and significantly improves the automation and intelligence level of supervision.
