摘　　要：随着信息技术的飞速发展,融媒体时代已经到来,广播电视与视听新媒体的融合趋势日益显著,给信息传播带来了新的机遇和挑战。基于此,深入探讨融媒体背景下广播电视和视听新媒体监测监管的策略与方法,分析当前融合发展的现状、面临的挑战,并提出构建多维度、智能化的监测监管体系的具体路径。从政策法规、技术手段、组织架构及人才培养等多个维度出发,为提升监测监管效能、保障内容安全、促进产业健康发展提供理论支持和实践指导。With the rapid development of information technology,the era of integrated media has arrived,and the integration trend of radio and television and audio-visual new media is becoming increasingly significant,which brings new opportunities and challenges to information dissemination.Based on this,this paper deeply discusses the monitoring and regulation strategies and methods of radio and television and audio-visual new media under the background of integrated media,analyzes the current status and challenges of integrated development,and puts forward specific paths to build a multi-dimensional and intelligent monitoring and regulation system.From the perspectives of policies and regulations,technical means,organizational structure and personnel training,this paper provides theoretical support and practical guidance for improving monitoring and supervision efficiency,ensuring content security,and promoting the healthy development of the industry.
