市级广播电视多业务一体化监管体系设计与实现

摘　　要：随着媒体融合技术的快速发展和广泛应用,市级广播电视领域正经历着多业务融合的转变。在此背景下,传统的广播电视节目监测监管手段已无法满足广电部门对多业务一体化监管的迫切需求。因此,有必要深入剖析市级广播电视监测监管平台的现状,分析现阶段监管平台运行过程中存在的问题。基于此,提出一种新的市级广播电视多业务一体化监管体系设计方案,该方案秉承资源共享、智能决策、自动预警等设计理念,并从整体架构、功能模块等方面进行详细论证,旨在为监管体系的建设提供参考。With the rapid development and wide application of media fusion technology,the municipal radio and television field is undergoing the transformation of multi-service integration.Under this background,the traditional monitoring and supervision methods of radio and television programs have been unable to meet the urgent needs of multi-service integrated supervision of radio and television departments.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply analyze the status quo of municipal radio and television monitoring and supervision platform and analyze the problems existing in the operation process of supervision platform at this stage.Based on this,a new design scheme of municipal radio and television multi-service integrated supervision system is proposed,which adheres to the design concepts of resource sharing,intelligent decision-making,automatic warning,etc.,and demonstrates in detail from the overall structure and functional modules,aiming to provide reference for the construction of the supervision system.
