摘　　要：深入探讨电视节目编辑制作中的核心软硬件技术,同时分析视频采集技术、压缩编码技术、视频编辑技术及视频输出技术等数字视频处理技术,特别是模拟视频信号转换为数字视频信号的过程及其关键步骤,以及非线性编辑、图像处理和特效处理等多个方面,以确保视频在各种媒体和播放设备上呈现出色效果。This paper deeply discusses the'core'software and hardware technologies in the editing and production of television programs,and also analyzes the digital video processing technologies such as video capture technology,compression and coding technology,video editing technology,and video output technology,especially the process of converting analog video signals into digital video signals and their key steps,as well as nonlinear editing,image processing and special effects processing,so as to ensure the good performance of videos in various media and playback devices.
