摘 要:研究常用视频技术在广播电视工程中的应用,分析H.265编码、超分辨率卷积神经网络(Super-Resolution Convolutional Neural Network,SRCNN)转换与增强及实时流传输协议(Real Time Streaming Protocol,RTSP)和基于超文本传输协议(Hypertext Transfer Protocol,HTTP)的自适应码率流媒体传输(HTTP Live Streaming,HLS)等关键技术,阐述它们在提升视频质量、降低带宽需求、增强传输稳定性和优化用户体验方面的优势。探讨这些技术在大型体育赛事直播、历史视频资料高清化处理和跨国音乐会直播中的应用,展示它们在提高广播电视工程效能中的关键作用。This paper studies the application of common video techniques in broadcast and television engineering,and analyzes H.265 coding and Super-Resolution Convolutional Neural Network(SRCNN)transformation and enhancement and Real Time Streaming Protocol(RTSP)and HTTP Live Streaming(HLS)based on Hypertext Transfer Protocol(HTTP)and other key technologies,and their advantages in improving video quality,reducing bandwidth requirements,enhancing transmission stability and optimizing user experience.The application of these technologies in live broadcasting of large-scale sports events,high definition processing of historical video data and live broadcasting of transnational concerts is discussed,and the key role of these technologies in improving the efficiency of radio and television engineering is demonstrated.
