摘 要:甲型流感病毒(IAV)是一种常见的呼吸道病原体,可引起季节性流感,并在某些情况下导致全球大流行,对全球公共卫生构成重大威胁。研究表明,IAV感染可能会打破肠道微生物群的平衡,从而影响IAV患者病情的发展。因此,恢复肠道微生物群的平衡可能成为治疗IAV感染的潜在靶点之一。中药能够调节肠道微生物群,并在预防和治疗IAV方面展现出巨大的潜力。本文基于“肠-肺”轴,探讨中医药通过调节黏膜屏障功能、免疫和炎症反应,以及代谢产物平衡等途径,调控肠道菌群抗IAV感染的多靶点、多层次作用机制,以期为临床治疗甲型流感提供新途径和新思路。Influenza A viruses(IAV)is a common respiratory pathogens that cause seasonal influenza and global pandemics, posing significant challenges to public health. Recent researches demonstrated that IAV infection disrupts the homeostasis of the gut microbiota, thereby influencing disease progression in infected individuals. Consequently, restoring gut microbiota balance may offer a promising therapeutic strategy for IAV infection. Chinese medicine(CM)has shown considerable potential in modulating the gut microbiota and in both preventing and treating IAV. This article explores the multi-target and multi-level mechanisms by which CM regulates the gut microbiota in combating IAV infection, focusing on its effects on mucosal barrier function, immune and inflammatory responses, and metabolite homeostasis. The goal is to provide novel approaches and insights for the clinical management of IAV.
