运脾降脂汤联合水飞蓟宾治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨运脾降脂汤联合水飞蓟宾治疗肝郁脾虚证非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(non-alcoholic steatohepatitis,NASH)的临床疗效。方法选择2021年7月至2022年12月我科门诊诊治的84例NASH患者为研究对象。按简单排序随机化法将其分为对照组(水飞蓟宾胶囊)和联合治疗组(水飞蓟宾胶囊联合运脾降脂汤),每组42例。结果联合治疗组的总有效率高于对照组(92.50%vs 75.00%,P<0.05)。治疗后,联合治疗组中医证候积分、肝功能及糖脂代谢水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);葡萄糖代谢率、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论运脾降脂汤联合水飞蓟宾可改善肝郁脾虚证NASH患者临床疗效,安全性较佳。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yunpi Jiangzhi decoction combined with silymarin in the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 84 NASH patients treated in our outpatient department from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(silymarin capsule)and combined treatment group(silymarin capsule combined with Yunpi Jiangzhi decoction)by simple rank randomization method,with 42 cases in each group.Results The total effective rate of combined treatment group was higher than that of control group(92.50%vs 75.00%,P<0.05).After treatment,the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score,liver function and glucose and lipid metabolism levels of the combined treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the glucose metabolic rate and high density lipoprotein cholesterol level were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yunpi Jiangzhi decoction combined with silymarin can improve the clinical efficacy and safety of NASH patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome.
