摘　　要：按病种分值付费(diagnosis-intervention packet,DIP)是按病种付费结合区域总额预算点数所提出的具有中国特色的支付方式,是目前国内正在推广的住院支付方式之一。文章通过收集报道了DIP实践效果的文献,采用文献热点分析以及系统综述等方法,对DIP研究热点变化趋势以及政策实施前后效果对比进行归纳总结,并提出完善DIP研究的相关建议。Diagnosis-intervention packet(DIP)is a payment method with Chinese characteristics proposed by combining payment by disease with regional total budget and points.It is currently one of the hospitalization payment methods being promoted in China.This study collected literature on the practical effects of DIP,and used literature hotspot analysis and system review method to summarize the trend of DIP research hotspots and the comparison of effects before and after policy implementation,and put forward the relevant suggestions to improve the research on DIP.
