摘  要:目的:研究蒸制三七中的化学成分。方法:蒸制三七70%乙醇提取物采用MCITMGEL填料-十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶填料(ODS)柱色谱方法,结合半制备型高效液相色谱进行纯化分离,根据波谱数据分析与文献比对进行化合物的结构鉴定。对所有化合物进行二氢乳清酸脱氢酶(DHODH)抑制活性筛选。结果:从蒸制三七中分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为(3β,6α,12β,20E)-3,12-dihydroxydammara-20(22),24-dien-6-yl-3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-β-Dglucopyranoside(1)、20-(R)-人参皂苷Rh1(2)、人参皂苷Rk1(3)、人参皂苷Rg5(4)、人参皂苷Rk3(5)、三七皂苷R2(6)、20-(R)-三七皂苷R2(7)、20-(S)-人参皂苷Rg2(8)、20-(R)-人参皂苷Rg2(9)、20-(S)-人参皂苷Rh1(10)、三七皂苷B1(11)、三七皂苷ST13(12)、3β,12β,25-trihydroxydammar-(E)-20(22)-ene-6-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-Dglucopyranoside(13)、三七皂苷T5(14)、20-(S)-人参皂苷Rg3(15)、20-(R)-人参皂苷Rg3(16)。结论:化合物1为首次从蒸制三七中分离得到,对该化合物的核磁数据NMR进行了补充;化合物7对DHODH活性的抑制率为58.74%。Objective:To study the chemical constituents of steamed Panax notoginseng.Methods:The 70%ethanol extract of steamed Panax notoginseng was purified and separated by MCITMgel-octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica gel filler(ODS)column chromatography combined with semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography,and structures of the compounds were identified by spectral data analysis and literature comparison.All compounds were screened for dihydroorotate dehydrogenase(DHODH)inhibitory activity.Results:16 compounds were isolated from steamed Panax notoginseng,and identified as(3β,6α,12β,20E)-3,12-dihydroxydammara-20(22),24-dien-6-yl-3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),20-(R)-ginsenoside Rh1(2),ginsenoside Rk1(3),ginsenoside Rg5(4),ginsenoside Rk3(5),notoginsenoside R2(6),20-(R)-notoginsenoside R2(7),20-(S)-ginsenoside Rg2(8),20-(R)-ginsenoside Rg2(9),20-(S)-ginsenoside Rh1(10),notoginsenoside B1(11),notoginsenoside ST13(12),3β,12β,25-trihydroxydammar-(E)-20(22)-ene-6-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(13),notoginsenoside T5(14),20-(S)-ginsenoside Rg3(15)and 20-(R)-ginsenoside Rg3(16).Conclusion:Compound 1 was isolated from steamed Panax notoginseng for the first time,and its NMR data were supplemented.The inhibition rate of compound 7 on DHODH activity was 58.74%.
