摘　　要：山豆根为临床上常用的药材,其功效清热解毒、清喉利咽,用于治疗急慢性咽炎、扁桃体炎及肝炎、肝癌等疾病。同时,因服用山豆根而导致不良反应的情况也时有发生,其不良反应涉及的器官及系统广泛,以消化系统和神经系统受损最为明显。近年来,国内外对山豆根毒性物质基础及其毒性反应作用机制做了诸多研究,综述山豆根化学成分、毒性反应、作用机制及配伍减毒的方法,为山豆根临床合理、安全用药提供理论依据。As a commonly used medicinal material in clinic,Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis Radixed Rhizoma(STRER),has the efficacy of clearing heat and removing toxin,clearing heat to benifit the throat,which is used to treat acute and chronic pharyngitis,tonsillitis,hepatitis,liver cancer and other diseases.At the same time,adverse reactions caused by taking STRER occurr from time to time,involving a wide range of organs and systems,with the most obvious damage to the digestive and nervous systems.In recent years,a lot of studies have been conducted at home and aborad on toxic substance basis of STRER and the mechanism of its toxic reactions.This paper reviews the chemical composition,toxic reactions,mechanism of action of STRER and the method of its compatibility to reduce toxin,providing a theoretical basis for rational and safe clinical use of STRER.
