两种养殖模式对银鼓鱼生长、消化酶及抗氧化性能的影响

摘　　要：为比较水泥池养殖和池塘养殖两种模式下银鼓鱼(Selenotoca multifasciata)的生长、消化和抗氧化酶性能,进行了对比试验与分析。结果显示,水泥池养殖模式下银鼓鱼存活率更高、体型和体质量更大,同时该模式下消化酶活性均高于池塘养殖模式,内脏团和血清抗氧化酶活力除GPX外均低于池塘养殖模式。总体而言,水泥池养殖模式更有助于银鼓鱼的生长发育。To compare the growth,digestion and antioxidant enzyme properties of the silver scat Selenotoca multifasciata under two aquaculture modes(cement pond and cage in pond),a comparative trial was conducted.The results showed that the silver scat in the cement pond culture mode had a higher survival rate,larger body size and heavier weight.At the same time,the digestive enzyme activities of the silver scat in this mode were higher than those in the cage culture mode,and the antioxidant enzyme activities in the viscera and serum were lower than those in the cage culture mode except for GPX.Overall,the cement pond culture mode is more conducive to the growth and development of silver scat.
