摘 要:为归纳摄食生态学中食性分析在海洋生物食物网与生态位研究中的应用情况,首先介绍了摄食生态学研究中食性分析的主要方法,包括传统方法、生化分析法以及先进的DNA分子技术法。在此基础上,探讨了这些方法在揭示食性转化、生态位解析等方面的应用进展。同时,也指出了不同方法的应用局限性,并提出可以通过综合应用多种方法,如传统胃含物分析法与DNA分子技术相结合,稳定同位素分析与DNA分子技术相结合,可以有效突破单一方法的局限,提升对海洋生物摄食生态学解析的准确性和可靠性。To summarize the application of feeding habits assessing in feeding ecology on research of marine food webs and ecological niches,firstly the primary methods for assessing feeding habits were introduced,including traditional approaches,biochemical analyses,and advanced DNA molecular techniques.Building upon this foundation,the advancements were discussed in the application of these methods in revealing dietary shifts and ecological niche comparisons.Additionally,the limitations of different methodologies were highlighted,and it was proposed that a comprehensive application of multiple methods,such as the combination of stomach content analysis with DNA molecular techniques,as well as the integration of stable isotope analysis with DNA molecular techniques,can effectively overcome the limitations of singular approaches,enhancing the accuracy and reliability of analyses in marine trophic ecology.
