代际支持对我国老年人口医疗服务利用的影响研究

摘　　要：在快速老龄化的背景下,如何提高老年人的医疗服务利用水平成为当前社会的重要课题。本文基于安德森医疗服务利用理论和代际支持动机理论,利用2013-2020年中国健康与养老追踪调查数据,构建二元离散Probit模型,通过倾向得分匹配法验证研究结论稳健性,并对不同年龄、性别和居住地区的老年人群体进行异质性分析。研究发现:一是代际支持中的经济支持对老年人医疗服务利用的促进作用显著高于情感支持;二是代际支持对不同特征老年群体的影响存在显著差异;三是医疗保险、自评健康状况和医疗资源的可及性对老年人医疗服务利用具有重要影响。In the context of rapid aging,improving the utilization of healthcare services for the elderly has become a critical issue in China.This study,based on Andersen's behavioral model of health service use and the Inter-generational support motivation theory,analyzes the data from China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study 2013-2020 by conducting A binary discrete Probit model and robustness testing of the findings with propensity score matching method.Heterogeneity analyses are conducted by elderly groups’age,gender,and residential areas.The result reveals the following:Firstly,economic support among the inter-generational supports significantly promotes the healthcare utilization among the elderly outperforming the inter-generational emotional support;Secondly,the impact of inter-generational support varies significantly across elderly groups with different characteristics;lastly,health insurance,selfrated health status,and the accessibility of medical resources play critical roles in influencing the healthcare utilization among the elderly.
