摘　　要：农村失能家庭的长期照护问题不仅是健康老龄化的重难点,也是实现共同富裕的关键。基于中国健康与养老追踪调查数据,采用多时点双重差分法考察了长期护理保险对农村地区失能家庭子女代际支持的影响。研究结果表明,长期护理保险没有挤出子女代际支持,反而使得农村子女增加了对父母的代际经济支持。主要影响机制是,长期护理保险促进照护服务市场发展,增加了农村家庭选择正式照护的机会。异质性分析表明,长期护理保险提高了农村低学历和居民社保家庭的代际经济支持,释放了农村弱势失能家庭的长期护理需求。研究结论不仅为理解农村地区失能家庭的代际支持提供经验证据,也拓宽了关于社会保险公平性的探讨,为进一步完善社会保障制度,加强政策瞄准机制提供了参考。The long-term cares in the families with disabled elders in rural areas are not only a major problem for healthy aging,but also a fundamental basis for achieving common prosperity.Based on the data from China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study,this study examines the impact of long-term care insurance on inter-generational support from children to disable elders by multitime point difference-in-differences method in rural areas.The results show that long-term care insurance does not crowd out intergenerational support from children to disable elders,instead,it can bring about the increase of economic support from children to disable elders.The main mechanism is that long-term care insurance promotes the development of disable-care service market and increase the opportunities for rural families to have formal care of the disable elders.Heterogeneity analysis shows that long-term care insurance increases the inter-generational economic support from children to elders in the families of low education levels and those with social insurance,thus provokes the demanding for long-term care of vulnerable families with disable members in rural areas.The findings not only provide empirical evidence for understanding inter-generational support in disabled families in rural areas,but also broaden the discussion on the fairness of social insurance and it can be a useful references for future improvement of the social security system by enhancing the social security policies’alignment with the demanding precisely.
