基于离散元仿真的尿素颗粒与PLA塑料之间接触参数标定

摘  要:为提升施肥机械设计过程中离散元仿真模拟试验参数设置的准确性,缩小EDEM仿真与台架试验存在的误差,利用EDEM自动填充技术建立仿真颗粒,结合台架试验和仿真试验,得到尿素颗粒与PLA塑料之间碰撞恢复系数、静摩擦因数和滚动摩擦因数分别为0.547、0.467和0.051,通过EDEM软件对尿素进行堆积角仿真,以实测尿素的堆积角31.58°为优化目标值,利用最陡爬坡试验和二次通用旋转组合试验获得最优参数组合:尿素颗粒间的碰撞恢复系数、静摩擦因数和滚动摩擦因数分别为0.35、0.72和0.13。以排肥均匀性变异系数为试验指标,使用双齿轮排肥器对标定参数进行对比试验验证,得到的仿真值与试验值的误差小于5%,表明标定尿素的接触参数和离散元模型可用于施肥相关机械的EDEM仿真试验中。To improve the accuracy of the discrete element simulation test parameter setting in the process of fertilizer spreader design,and to reduce the error that exists between EDEM simulation and bench test,the simulation particles are established by using EDEM auto-filling technology,and the collision recovery coefficients,static friction coefficient,and rolling friction coefficients are obtained by combining the bench test and simulation test,which are 0.547,0.467 and 0.051 for the collision recovery coefficient,static friction factor,and rolling friction coefficient,respectively,between the urea particles and the PLA plastic,and the Stacking angle simulation of urea is carried out by EDEM software,with the measured accumulation angle of urea of 31.58°as the optimization target value,and the steepest climb test and the second general rotation combination test are used to obtain the optimization target value.0.051,through the EDEM software for urea stacking angle simulation,with the measured urea stacking angle of 31.58°as the optimization target value,the use of the steepest climbing test and the second general rotation combination test to obtain the optimal parameter combination:the collision recovery coefficient between the urea particles,the static friction factor and rolling friction factor of 0.35,0.72 and 0.13,respectively.With the coefficient of variation of the uniformity of the discharge of fertilizer as the test index,using the double gear fertilizer discharge test index,using double gear fertilizer discharger to verify the calibrated parameters in the comparison test,the error between the simulation value and the test value obtained is less than 5%,indicating that the contact parameters and discrete element model of calibrated urea can be used in the EDEM simulation test of fertilizer application related machinery.
