三种热处理工艺对毛竹竹青理化性能和材色的影响

摘  要:毛竹材的竹青层因其优异的性能逐渐被人所重视。为提高毛竹竹青的理化性能,以蒸汽、氮气和甲基硅油为加热介质,对毛竹竹青进行热处理,热处理温度为140℃、160℃、180℃、200℃,热处理时间为2 h、4 h、6 h,探究不同热处理方式对毛竹竹青理化性能和材色的影响。研究表明:竹青的失重率随着热处理时间的延长和温度的提高而增加,在热处理开始0~2 h中损失的质量最多,其中,高温蒸汽热处理后的竹青失重率较大。热处理会显著提升竹青的疏水性,同等条件下,高温油热处理后的竹青表面疏水性较好,最大的接触角为128°。热处理竹青的纤维素含量基本保持不变,木质素发生了化学重构,半纤维素降解明显,蒸汽热处理后的降幅最大为6.67%。竹青的MOR在热处理温度为140~180℃时,随着时间的延长,先小幅上升再大幅下降,最终会降至未处理材以下,竹青的MOE随时间增加,总体呈现先小幅增加再大幅下降的趋势,热处理会显著改变竹青表面材色,其中油热处理后材色变化最明显,蒸汽处理后材色差异最小。竹青的L*与热处理温度成负相关;a*当热处理时间为2 h时,与温度成正相关,但在2 h以上时,其值先上升后下降;b*除油热处理外,与温度成负相关,油浴处理的竹青片的b*值先上升再下降;△E*与热处理温度成正相关。The bamboo green layer of hairy bamboo has been paid much attention to because of its excellent properties.In order to improve the physical and chemical properties of bamboo green,steam,nitrogen and methyl silicone oil were used as heating media to heat treatment of bamboo green,heat treatment temperature of 140℃,160℃,180℃,200℃,heat treatment time of 2h,4h,6h,to explore the effects of different heat treatment methods on physical and chemical properties and color of bamboo green.The results showed that the weight loss rate of bamboo green increased with the extension of heat treatment time and the increase of temperature,and the mass loss was the largest in 0~2h at the beginning of heat treatment,and the weight loss rate of bamboo green after high temperature steam heat treatment was larger.Heat treatment can significantly improve the hydrophobicity of bamboo green.Under the same conditions,the surface hydrophobicity of bamboo green after heat treatment with high temperature oil is better,and the maximum contact Angle is 128°.After heat treatment,the cellulose content of bamboo green remained basically unchanged,the lignin underwent chemical reconstruction,and the hemicellulose degradation was obvious.The decrease was 6.67%after steam heat treatment.When the MOR of bamboo green is in the heat treatment temperature of 140~180℃,with the extension of time,it rises slightly and then drops sharply,and eventually falls below the untreated material.The MOE of bamboo green increased with time,showing a trend of first small increase and then large decrease.Heat treatment can significantly change the surface color of bamboo green,in which the color change after oil heat treatment is the most obvious,and the color difference after steam treatment is the least.The L*of bamboo green is negatively correlated with heat treatment temperature.a*When the heat treatment time is 2h,it is positively correlated with temperature,but when it is more than 2h,its value rises first and then decreases;In addition to oil heat treat
