摘  要:传统粘度计大多为离线测量法,如落球法、毛细管法和旋转法等,需要将液体加入仪器内,不适合需要实时测量的工业应用场合。针对异丙醇溶液粘度的实时测量问题,提出了一种基于滞后相位角的异丙醇溶液粘度测量方法。应用无刷电机输出轴加装磁体带动容器中转动的转子,通过信号采集电路中的霍尔传感器,检测转子受到溶液阻力后与磁铁产生的相位角,从而实时计算出异丙醇溶液的粘度。通过搭建实验环境,采集实验数据,实现了对异丙醇溶液粘度的在线实时测量,可应用于3D打印件的后处理装置中,同时实现测量与搅拌功能。Most of the viscometers produced on the market employ offline measurement methods,such as the falling ball method,capillary method,and rotational method,all of which require the liquid to be added into the instrument.To address the issue of measuring the viscosity of isopropanol solution,a viscosity measurement method based on the lag phase angle of isopropanol solution is proposed.A magnet is attached to the output shaft of a brushless motor to drive the rotor to rotate in a container.The Hall sensor in the signal acquisition circuit detects the phase angle generated between the rotor and the magnet due to the resistance of the solution,thereby calculating the viscosity of the isopropanol solution.By setting up an experimental environment and collecting experimental data,the online real-time measurement of the viscosity of isopropanol solution was achieved,verifying the feasibility of this method.
